  "text": "(1) Persons empowered by the Lands Clauses Acts to sell and convey or dispose of land may grant to the authorised undertaker a servitude, right or privilege required for any of the purposes of this Act in, over or affecting any such land.\n(2) A person may not under this section grant a servitude, right or privilege of water in which persons other than the grantor have an interest.",
