  "text": "In this Order, unless the subject or context otherwise requires—\n“the Act of 1973” means the 1973 c. 43.Hallmarking Act 1973;\n“the Incorporation” means the Edinburgh Assay Office, of which the full name is The Incorporation of Goldsmiths of the City of Edinburgh;\n“materials” includes liquids, gases, dusts, wastes and tangible and intangible substances of any kind;\n“the Order of 1979” means the S.I. 1979/1587.Edinburgh Assay Office Order 1979; and\n“the Order of 1993” means the S.I. 1993/2135.Edinburgh Assay Office (Amendment) Order 1993.",
