  "heading": "General vesting declarations",
  "text": "(1) Section 195 (General vesting declarations) and Schedule 15 of the 1997 Act shall apply to this Act as if it were a compulsory purchase order.\n(2) The notice required by paragraph 2 of that Schedule (as so applied) shall be a notice—\n(a) that this Act has received Royal Assent;\n(b) containing the particulars specified in sub-paragraph (1) of that paragraph;\n(c) published and served in accordance with the requirements of paragraph 6 of Schedule 1 to the Acquisition of Land (Authorisation Procedure) (Scotland) Act 1947 (c. 42); and\n(d) given at any time after this Act comes into force.",
