# Education Act 1918, Section 47: Appointment of new trustees under scheme.


Where, under any scheme made before the passing of this Act relating to an educational charity, the approval of the Board of Education is required to the exercise by the trustees under the scheme of a power of appointing new trustees, the scheme shall, . . . , have effect as if no such approval was required thereunder, . . .
