# Education Act 1944 (repealed 1.11.1996), Paragraph 9

Extent: E+W

Where a grant has been made in respect of any school in pursuance of an agreement made under this Schedule, the . . . governors of the school may, at any time while the school is a special agreement school, repay the grant to the local education authority by which the school is maintained.
