# Education Act 1944 (repealed 1.11.1996), Section 92: Reports and returns.

Extent: E+W

Every local education authority shall make to the Secretary of State for Education and science such reports and returns and give to him such information as he may require for the purpose of the exercise of his functions under this Act.
