# Education Act 1946 (repealed 1.11.1996), Paragraph 5

Extent: E+W

Where it appears to the Secretary of State for Education and Science that provision for any payment or other adjustment ought to have been made under either of the last two preceding paragraphs, but that such provision has not been made, he may by directions provide for the making of such payment or other adjustment as he thinks proper in the circumstances.
