This Order brings into force on 15th June 1994 section 279 of the Education Act 1993 (which makes provision with respect to inter-authority recoupment) for the purposes of enabling regulations to be made under section 51(1) to (4) of the Education (No. 2) Act 1986 (as substituted by that section). The Order brings into force section 279 for all remaining purposes on 1st April 1995.
