  "text": "On the incorporation under section 238(1) of this Act of a governing body (“the new governing body”) for a school which, immediately before the incorporation date, was conducted by a temporary governing body constituted under arrangements made under section 12 of that Act—\n(a) all land and other property which, immediately before the date of incorporation, was property of the temporary governing body used or held for the purposes of the school, and\n(b) all rights and liabilities of the temporary governing body subsisting immediately before that date which were acquired or incurred for those purposes,\nshall be transferred to and, by virtue of this Act, vest in the new governing body.",
