  "text": "(1) The Education Reform Act 1988 is amended as follows.\n(2) In section 11(13), for “the Curriculum Council for Wales” there is substituted “ the Curriculum and Assessment Authority for Wales ”.\n(3) In section 14, for “Council”, in each place where it occurs, there is substituted “ Authority ”.\n(4) In section 16(6), for “the Curriculum Council for Wales” there is substituted “ the Curriculum and Assessment Authority for Wales ”.\n(5) Section 21 is amended as follows—\n(a) in subsection (2), for “the Curriculum Council for Wales” there is substituted “ the Curriculum and Assessment Authority for Wales ”; and\n(b) for “the Council”, in each place where it occurs, there is substituted “ the Authority ”.\n(6) In Schedule 2, for “Council”, in each place where it occurs, there is substituted “ Authority ”.",
