  "text": "Section 14 (establishment of curriculum and assessment councils) is amended as follows—\n(a) in subsection (2) for “Each” there is substituted “ The ”,\n(b) in subsection (3) for the words from “Curriculum Council, that” to “shall be” there is substituted “ Council, in relation to Wales, shall be, so far as relevant for the purposes of advancing education ”, and at the end of paragraph (c) there is inserted—\n“(ca) to advise the Secretary of State on such other matters connected with the provision of education in maintained schools in Wales, or in non-maintained special schools there, as the Secretary of State may specify by order;”,\n(c) in subsection (5) for “a” there is substituted “ the ”,\n(d) in subsection (6) for “each” there is substituted “ the ”, and\n(e) in subsection (7) for “each” there is substituted “ the ”.",
