  "text": "In section 16 (development work and experiments)—\n(a) in subsection (3)(a) and (b) for “Curriculum Council” there is substituted “ appropriate curriculum authority ”, and\n(b) at the end there is added—\n“(6) In subsection (3) above, “appropriate curriculum authority” means, in relation to England, the School Curriculum and Assessment Authority and, in relation to Wales, the Curriculum Council for Wales.”.",
