In section 235 (general interpretation) the following are omitted—
(a) in subsection (1)—
(i) the definition of “the 1981 Act”, and
(ii) in the definition of “transfer date”, “74(9)”,
(b) in subsection (3)(b) “subject to section 75(2) of this Act”, and
(c) in subsection (5) “74”.
