  "text": "In section 5 (proposals for acquisition of grant-maintained status)—\n(a) for “subsection (5) of section 62 of the 1988 Act” there is substituted “ paragraph 2 of Schedule 3 to the Education Act 1993 ”, and\n(b) for “the advice given by the Board under section 3(4) above” there is substituted “ any relevant advice (defined in section 3(4) above) given by the Board ”.",
