  "text": "In Part III of Schedule 1 to the House of Commons Disqualification Act 1975 (disqualifying offices)—\n(a) there are inserted at the appropriate places—\n“Any member of an education association in receipt of remuneration”,\n“Any member of the Funding Agency for Schools in receipt of remuneration”, and\n“Any member of the Schools Funding Council for Wales in receipt of remuneration”, and\n(b) for the entry relating to the National Curriculum Council there is substituted—\n“Any member of the School Curriculum and Assessment Authority established under section 244 of the Education Act 1993 in receipt of remuneration”.",
