  "text": "The articles must require the governing body to publish, for each school year, particulars of—\n(a) the arrangements for admission of pupils to the school, and\n(b) the procedures applicable under the articles, and any further arrangements made by them in respect of appeals by parents against any such decision or action as is mentioned in paragraph 5(1) above, in relation to the admission of pupils to the school.",
