  "heading": "Core governors.",
  "text": "(1) The instrument of government for the governing body of a group shall provide for the governing body to include core governors.\n(2) Schedule 8 to this Act (which makes provision in relation to core governors for groups) shall have effect.\n(3) The instrument shall provide for core governors to hold office for such term (not being less than five nor more than seven years) as may be specified in the instrument.",
