  "text": "(1) The proceedings of the governing body of a grant-maintained school shall not be invalidated by any defect in any procedure required under this Chapter in relation to the determination of any person to hold office as an initial governor.\n(2) This section does not prejudice the generality of paragraph 11 of Schedule 5 to this Act.",
