# Education Act 1996, Paragraph 116


In section 92 of that Act (Index)—
(a) in the entry for “further education”, for “section 14(1) to (4)” there is substituted “ section 90(1) ”; and
(b) the entries for “pupil”, “secondary education” and “school” are omitted.
