  "text": "In section 8(2) of the Chronically Sick and Disabled Persons Act 1970 (access to and facilities at university and school buildings) for the words from “and expressions used” onwards there is substituted “ and expressions used in paragraph (b) above and in the Education Act 1996 have the same meanings as in that Act. ”",
