# Education Act 1996, Paragraph 28


In section 31A(2) of that Act (consideration of adverse reports) for “paragraph 1 of Schedule 2 to the Education Act 1980” there is substituted “ paragraph 1 of Schedule 33 to the Education Act 1996 ”.
