  "text": "In section 5 of the Industrial Training Act 1982 (functions of boards) for the subsection (7) inserted by the Education Reform Act 1988 there is substituted—\n“(8) In this section “post-school education” means—\n(a) in England and Wales, “higher education” as defined by section 120(1) of the Education Reform Act 1988 or “further education” as defined by section 2(3) to (5) of the Education Act 1996; and\n(b) in Scotland, “further education” within the meaning of the Education (Scotland) Act 1980.”",
