  "text": "Sections 472 and 473 of this Act shall apply to a person who is disqualified—\n(a) from being the proprietor of an independent school, or\n(b) from being a teacher in any school,\nby virtue of an order under Part III of the Education Act 1944 made before 1st January 1994 as if the words “or other employee” were omitted, wherever occurring.",
