  "text": "Section 566(1) of this Act applies to a document purporting—\n(a) to be a document issued by a divisional executive (within the meaning of Part III of Schedule 1 to the Education Act 1944), and\n(b) to be signed by the person authorised by the executive to sign it,\nas it applies to a document falling within paragraph (a) of that provision.",
