  "text": "The following provisions of the Education Act 1997 shall come into force on 1st September 2001—\nsection 37(5)\nsection 57(1) and (4) to the extent that those subsections relate to the provisions of Schedules 7 and 8 specified below.\nIn Schedule 7, paragraph 30(b)\nIn Schedule 8 the repeal—\nof sections 400 and 401 of the Education Act 1996, and\nin section 408(4)(l) of that Act, of “, 400, 401”.",
