# Education Act 1997, Paragraph 30


In section 408 of that Act (provision of information)—
(a) in subsection (1)(a), after “this Part” insert “ or Part V of the Education Act 1997 ”; and
(b) in subsection (4)(f), omit “, 400, 401”.
