# The Education Act 2002 (Academies) (Consequential Amendments) (England) Regulations 2003, Regulation 2: Amendment to the Teacher Training Agency (Additional Functions) (No. 2) Order 2000


(1) The Teacher Training Agency (Additional Functions) (No. 2) Order 2000 is amended as follows —
(2) In article 4(d) for the words “city academy” shall be substituted “Academy”.
