# The Education Act 2002 (Academies) (Consequential Amendments) (England) Regulations 2003, Regulation 3: Amendment to the Education (Special Educational Needs) (England) (Consolidation) Regulations 2001


(1) The Education (Special Educational Needs) (England) (Consolidation) Regulations 2001 are amended as follows —
(2) in regulation 18(2)(e) for the words “a City Academy” shall be substituted “an Academy”.
