Article 1 Citation and Interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Education Act 2002 (Commencement No. 1) (Amendment) Order 2002.

In this Order—

“the 2002 Act” means the Education Act 2002;

“the Commencement No. 1 Order” means the Education Act 2002 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2002f1.
