  "text": "(1) The appointed day is 1 September 2011.\n(2) The following provisions of the 2002 Act come into force on the appointed day—\n(a) section 204;\n(b) section 215(2) to the extent that it relates to the provisions of Schedule 22 specified below; and\n(c) in Schedule 22, the repeal of chapter I of Part 4 of the Education Act 1997.",
