  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends the Education Act 2002 (Commencement No.6 and Transitional and Saving Provisions) Order 2003 (“the 2003 Order”). It inserts a new paragraph 1A into the Schedule to the 2003 Order which replicates the original paragraph 1 of the Schedule (which was revoked in error), and revokes paragraph 2 of the 2003 Order (which should have been revoked).",
