# The Education Act 2002 (Commencement No. 6 and Transitional and Saving Provisions) (Amendment) Order 2005, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order amends the Education Act 2002 (Commencement No.6 and Transitional and Saving Provisions) Order 2003 (“the 2003 Order”). It inserts a new paragraph 1A into the Schedule to the 2003 Order which replicates the original paragraph 1 of the Schedule (which was revoked in error), and revokes paragraph 2 of the 2003 Order (which should have been revoked).
