# The Education Act 2002 (Commencement No.5 and Transitional and Saving Provisions) Order 2003, Article 2: Provisions coming into force on 1st June 2003


The following provisions of the 2002 Act shall come into force on 1st June 2003:
section 70;
section 71;
section 73;
Schedule 8.
