  "text": "The following provisions of the 2002 Act shall come into force on 1st August 2003:\nsection 120(2);\nsections 122 to 129;\nsection 130 to the extent that it is not already in force;\nsection 215 to the extent that it relates to the provisions of Schedules 21 and 22 specified below;\nin Schedule 21, paragraphs 17, 56 and 119;\nin Schedule 22, Part 1 to the extent that it is not already in force.",
