  "text": "(1) Section 484 of the Education Act 1996 (education standards grants) is amended as follows.\n(2) For any reference to the Secretary of State there is substituted a reference to the National Assembly for Wales.\n(3) In subsection (1), after “ local authorities ” there is inserted “ in Wales ”.\n(4) In subsection (2) the words “England and” are omitted.\n(5) Subsection (6) is omitted.",
