  "text": "(1) Section 45 of the School Standards and Framework Act 1998 (budget shares of maintained schools) is amended as follows.\n(2) After subsection (1) there is inserted—\n“(1A) In this Chapter “maintained school” means—\n(a) a community, foundation or voluntary school,\n(b) a community or foundation special school, or\n(c) a maintained nursery school.”\n(3) In subsection (3)—\n(a) in paragraph (a), for the words from “schools which” to “section 20(7)” there is substituted “ pupil referral units ”, and\n(b) in paragraph (b)(i), for the words “section 28 or 31 or paragraph 5 of Schedule 7” there is substituted “ any enactment ”.",
