# Education Act 2002, Section 124: Order under section 122 or 122A: supplemental


(1) An order under section 122 or 122A may—
(a) make provision which applies generally or only in a specified case or in specified circumstances;
(b) make different provision for different cases or circumstances;
(c) make transitional provision.
(2) An order under section 122 or 122A may make provision by reference to the exercise of another power under this Act.
(3) An order under section 122 or 122A may make provision by reference to a document; and—
(a) an order which makes provision by reference to a document must include provision about publication of the document, and
(b) a reference in this section to an order includes a reference to a document referred to by an order.
