  "text": "(1) This Chapter applies to alternative provision Academies that are not independent schools as it applies to independent schools in England.\n(2) Accordingly, references in this Chapter to independent schools (apart from those that are independent schools in Wales) are to be read as including references to alternative provision Academies that are not independent schools.",
