  "text": "In section 36 of the Children Act 1989 (education supervision orders), in subsection (5) for paragraph (b) substitute—\n“(b) is not attending regularly within the meaning of section 444 of that Act—\n(i) a school at which he is a registered pupil,\n(ii) any place at which education is provided for him in the circumstances mentioned in subsection (1) of section 444ZA of that Act, or\n(iii) any place which he is required to attend in the circumstances mentioned in subsection (2) of that section,”.",
