  "text": "For section 33L substitute—\n“Changes to instruments and articles\n33L (1) A sixth form college corporation may modify or replace their instrument of government or articles of government.\n(2) A sixth form college corporation to which section 33J applies may do the things mentioned in subsection (1) only with the consent of the trustees of the relevant sixth form college.”",
