  "text": "(1) Section 6 (effect of Academy order) is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (2), for “a school” substitute “ an educational institution ”.\n(3) In subsection (3) —\n(a) after “selective school” insert “ and is to be converted into an Academy school ”;\n(b) for “section 1(6)(c)” substitute “ section 1A(1)(c) ”;\n(c) for “a school” substitute “ an educational institution ”.\n(4) In subsection (5)—\n(a) at the beginning insert “ If the Academy is an Academy school, ”;\n(b) for “the Academy” substitute “ it ”.\n(5) In subsection (7), after “the school” insert “ (a) ” and at the end insert “, and\n“(b) is to be converted into an Academy school.”",
