  "text": "(1) Paragraph 7 (disposal of property held by governing body of maintained school on their dissolution) is amended as follows.\n(2) In sub-paragraph (1), at the end insert “ other than a dissolution by virtue of paragraph 5(2)(a)(iv) of that Schedule (dissolution following Academy order) ”.\n(3) In sub-paragraph (2)(ii), for the words from “following” to “new school” substitute “ persons or bodies mentioned in sub-paragraph (2A) ”.\n(4) After sub-paragraph (2), insert—\n“(2A) The persons and bodies are—\n(a) the governing body of a maintained school;\n(b) the temporary governing body of a new school;\n(c) in the case of the dissolution of a governing body of a maintained school in England, a person concerned with the running of an Academy.”",
