In Schedule 7 to the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006 (vetting information), in the table in paragraph 1, in column 1 of entry 18—
(a) omit “61 or”;
(b) after “2009” insert “ , section 14 of the Education Act 2002 ”.
