  "text": "(1) Section 26 of THEA 1998 (imposition of conditions as to fees at further or higher education institutions) is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (3)—\n(a) omit “81(1), 82(1) or”;\n(b) omit paragraph (c) and the “or” preceding it;\n(c) omit “78 or”.\n(3) In subsection (11)—\n(a) omit “or the Training and Development Agency for Schools”;\n(b) in paragraph (b), omit “or that Agency”.",
