# Education Act 2011, Paragraph 14


(1) Section 26 of THEA 1998 (imposition of conditions as to fees at further or higher education institutions) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (3)—
(a) omit “81(1), 82(1) or”;
(b) omit paragraph (c) and the “or” preceding it;
(c) omit “78 or”.
(3) In subsection (11)—
(a) omit “or the Training and Development Agency for Schools”;
(b) in paragraph (b), omit “or that Agency”.
