  "text": "(1) Paragraph 3 (the Chief Regulator) is amended as follows.\n(2) In sub-paragraph (6), for “Chief Regulator” substitute “ the chief executive of Ofqual (whether before or after the relevant commencement date) ”.\n(3) After sub-paragraph (6) insert—\n“(7) The relevant commencement date” means the date on which Schedule 7 to the Education Act 2011 comes fully into force.”",
