  "heading": "Abolition of the GTCE: consequential amendments",
  "text": "(1) Schedule 2 (consequential amendments) has effect.\n(2) The Secretary of State may by order make changes in consequence of sections 7 to 10 to any provision of subordinate legislation made before the date on which this Act is passed.\n(3) “Subordinate legislation” has the meaning given by section 21(1) of the Interpretation Act 1978.",
