Regulation 2 Amendment of the Education Action Forum (Proceedings) Regulations 1998

Regulation 6 of the Education Action Forum (Proceedings) Regulations 1998^f1 is omitted and instead is substituted:

“6

The quorum for any meeting of the Forum, and any vote on any matter at such a meeting, shall be one third of the membership of the Forum when complete or six people, whichever is the greater.”
