# The Education (Additional Secondary School Proposals) (Amendment) Regulations 2003, Introduction: Introductory text


This Statutory Instrument has been made in consequence of a defect in S.I. 2003/1200 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.

In exercise of the powers conferred upon the Secretary of State by paragraph 2 of Schedule 8 to the Education Act 2002 the Secretary of State for Education and Skills hereby makes the following Regulations:
