  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThese Regulations correct an error in the Education (Additional Secondary School Proposals) Regulations 2003 S.I 2003/1200 (“the principal regulations”).\nIn Regulation 12(2) of the principal regulations “from the local education authority ” should replace “by the local education authority”. Regulation 12(2) as amended requires the school organisation committee to have regard to its duty to forward the proposal to the Secretary of State within six weeks of receipt of the proposals from the local education authority when requesting comments before considering them.\nThese Regulations shall come into force on 1st July 2003.",
